We primarily design for Wordpress & Joomla. This will allow all customers to change their own content if required. - cPanel Access
This enables all clients to manage their disc space on the server at a higher level including access to email account setups, statistics and much more. - Revisions where required

Revisions and additional design requirements are subject to a ‘fair and reasonable’ policy. Total billable time is restricted to 20 hours within the package (normally ample for most websites). Notification will be provided when the limit has been reached. Any further hours will then be billable. - Email setup, unlimited addresses & help in configuring email client

Renewals
Standard renewal fee for ongoing maintenance is £245. We will also perform security updates to your website CMS making sure it is updated to the latest version.

- SEO Standard with all websites designed by Consider Local. You will need to provide a list of keywords or phrases you wish the website to be tailored for (Please ask about our SEO Services if you require keyword analysis prior to this). The following is then undertaken:
- Title tags - The title tag for every page will be automatically generated using the menu item name and a prefix that contains a keyword or phrase. Title tags will be unique for every page.
- Description tags - A generic description tag will be written with the keywords in mind and made to make a 'readable' description of the business.
- Content - The content on the home page is checked to make sure keywords are more prominent. Any content created by Consider Local will not however be copy written at this stage.
- Search Engine Friendly (SEF} URL's - SEF url's will be automatically generated adding the page titles within them which should include keywords/phrases.
- Cache enabled - Unchanging elements on the website will have a cache enabled so code will not have to be 'looked up' every time increasing load speed of the website, a factor in SEO.
- Sitemap - A detailed sitemap will be generated to make sure search engines are able to quickly see the whole website and index relevant pages accordingly whilst ignoring others that are not required. Search engines like to see these submitted
- Search Engine Submissions - Sitemaps are submitted to all major search engines including Google, Yahoo & MSN.

CMS / cPanel Training – Content Managed Website
Content managed websites are where clients are able to change content and other elements themselves via an online control panel. We can offer on-site training on the administration of the CMS. Note, travel time may be billed.
E-commerce – Online Shop
E-commerce websites are generally where the client has a product to sell and needs a shopping cart solution which is linked to payment gateways such as Paypal. Other options include things like online booking systems. There are many ‘off the peg’ solutions available. Additional time can be arranged for tailoring these packages to suit your needs.
Pay Per Click (PPC) Campaigns
We are experienced in developing Pay Per Click campaigns for local businesses. This includes setting up Google Adwords and Facebook advertising. Please enquire for further information.

Payment Policy
Prior to work commencing the following deposits are requested:
Website Design - £395 Consider Local Advertising – 50%
Additional Services – New customers 50% of estimate. Billed monthly in arrears for existing customers
Web Design & Online Advertisements
Payment is due within 7 days of completion of draft website and/or advertisement according to any specification initially supplied by the client. The client then has 30 days to inform Local Web Life Ltd of any changes they require to the website and/or advertisement.
If 20 hours work has been exceeded before completed draft, balance will be due immediately. Billing is then created monthly in arrears. We may ask for a larger deposit for larger projects.
Late Payments
If payment has not been received within 7 days of invoice date an informal request will be made to the client to ascertain why payment has not been received and when it can be expected. This may be made by telephone, email or letter.
If payment has not been received within 21 days of invoice date a warning of overdue payment is sent to client either by a telephone call, email or letter.
If payment is not received within 30 days of invoice date an email or letter is sent to client to inform them that their website and/or advertisement will be taken offline until payment is received. Please note, client is still liable for FULL payment.
If payment is still not received within 60 days, court proceedings will be issued to the client unless a payment plan has been agreed to and being adhered to by the client.
Payment Plans – Requests for a payment plan for overdue payments can be made and are subject to Local Web Life Ltd’s sole discretion. Once a payment plan has been agreed, if any payment is not received on the agreed date then the plan is revoked and the above will become applicable.
